ATI Radeon X1900XT will be launched on January 24 or very early February,
The Inquirer reports.
A single card can score 11000+ in 3Dmark05 which is faster than both single Geforce 7800 GTX 512 card and Radeon X1800 XT including the overclocked ones.
The Hexens were right that with the fast CPU you can get around 13500 in 3Dmark05, but more significantly it will end up faster at least in some games.
At this time we only have Geforce 7800 GTX 512 to compare it with. This very unavailable card can not keep up with new ATI R580 at least not in some games and benchmarks.
It's not sure whether the Radeon X1900 XTX or the GeForce 7900 (G71) will be the fastest card on the market next month. But we do know that NVIDIA's GeForce 7900 will likely arrive a couple of weeks later than ATI's R580.
