Sapphire launches Radeon X1600 PRO AGP

Both ATI and NVIDIA have shipped out new AGP graphics cards. NVIDIA has its GeForce 6800 GS AGP and ATI has been shipping the X1300 PRO AGP since a week or two.

Additionally, Sapphire is now shipping the Radeon X1600 PRO AGP which features a 500MHz core and 80MHz memory. The card has 256MB 128-bit memory, four pixel pipelines and twelve shaders.
his card is branded as Sapphire Hybrid Radeon X1600 Pro, 256MB DDR2, DVI, TV-out, AGP and is available here . In Germany you can get one for very attractive €124.23 or €134.04 in Austria.

Sapphire is working on a 512MB version of the card but this one is not available jet. It is listed at €155 in Germany, nevertheless.
