The NAS 200d series comprises three models offering 320GB, 480GB or 750GB capacities but only the former is available in the REV equipped version. The reason for this is simple as the 320GB model only has two of three drive bays occupied so Iomega has simply put the vacant bay to good use by installing an internal Serial ATA REV drive.
