The G5’s speaker nestles into the fold above your ear canal, ostensibly so you can better hear ambient sounds, but the speaker’s pressure became uncomfortable within 30 minutes. The Power/Mute and Talk/Transfer buttons are only slightly more raised than the decorative buttons beside them, making control during operation quite frustrating.
