In PainKiller you are Daniel Garner who was killed in a car crash but didn’t make it to heaven. Instead you were sent to “purgatory” as I would call it, for a long time. Then one day a rep. from heaven comes down and tells you that your services are needed to rid the devil of his generals. If you do this, then you will get to see your wife (who was killed in the crash with you. The story line is a bit spooky, but the game doesn’t really need the story, and you probably wont even notice that it is there. All this game is about is kill, kill, kill, there aren’t any hard or complicated puzzles to solve. However, this game brings back the fun that has been lost in first person shooters over the years.
