When I reviewed the first version of Kingston's U3 DataTraveler USB flash drive last year, the product worked fine, but I dinged it for it modest 1GB capacity and its lack of bundled software. The new version fixes both issues, increasing the capacity to 2GB (giving you twice the capacity for about the same price) and bundling three U3 applications.
