Samsung has released a new cell phone with a dedicated MP3 chip and a music equalizer. The V940 is packed with 1GB of onboard storage (finally a phone with usable storage), touch sensitive front key, 1.3-megapixel camera, file viewer, mobile printing, portable disc and USB 2.0 connectivity.
