Based on the results, I was extremely pleased with the Sytrin KuFormula VF1 Plus. It cooled very effectively, whilst not whining or howling like a cyclone. It also (and from all reports) is extremely adaptable to many different card configurations. Whilst we cannot say whether or not the heatpipes are effective, in the end, it does not really matter, as the surface area of the fins, together with the ducting and blower fan all amount to a superb cooler.
