Fighting games seem to have gone out of fashion over the last couple of years. Most games are variations on the FPS or racing genre, but it's good to see that the fighting genre still has a place on the gaming shelf. It's true that Soul Calibur IV doesn't bring much new stuff to the table, but then you could argue that it's difficult to improve on something that was pretty near perfect in the first place.
