END WAR - Xbox 360 Review

End War focuses on modern warfare, and if you want a brief introduction to modern warfare all you have to do is watch CNN for a few hours. Modern warfare focuses on fast deployment and fast action (something that this game covered very well). While RTSs where you build and manage a base are very much fun, End War managed to do without that hassle with no cost to the fun of the game. End War revolves around pure strategy. The graphics in the game are outstanding, the sound (from a game perspective) is great, but that's not all you get when it comes to sound. The voice activation commands add an even faster pace to the game, where clicking is minimized to add an even greater flow and realism to the game. If you don't have a head-set don't wary. I've played and successfully completed quiet a few missions without my head-set, but I have to emphasize once again on the fun that I had shouting orders to my squads. This is a solid game, and, if you get bored with the single-player campaigns you can always turn to online scrimmages.
