The All-In-Wonder is nothing new, since around 1996 ATi have been adding TV tuner and video editing capabilities to their 3D chips. However, their value and performance seems to increase with every chip generation. Hopefully, this trend has been passed on, as we check out two AIW cards from HIS representing both the budget and mid range performance/feature markets - the HIS Radeon 9200SE AIW and the HIS Radeon 9600Pro AIW.
