Nikon D2X Review

As we all expected, the D2X is a higher resolution, slower frame rate D2H with the standard DX sized sensor, not the obsolete 35mm film frame sized sensor (more here why this is better than the old film size.) This means go buy the 12 - 24mm lens you know you want. Unfortunately it also only has 1/250 flash sync like the D2H. I have a real problem not having the full professional 1/500 flash sync of the D1X and D70; so honestly I'm going to stick with my D70. The FP 1/8,000 sync mode doesn't count. I have a whole page of ranting here about why sync is a critical spec.
