No matter what kind of heatsink and fan combination you have, it's not going to be of much use if the air around it is hot. There are a variety of means of getting cool air into that area, and ducting mods, although they've been around for a long time, are getting popular enough that entire companies are sprouting up around the concept. Kool Solutions is just such a company, and they make the subject of our review today, the Chill Vent II.
