CrossLoop simplifies the process of securely working with friends located in different physical locations and across different network environments. CrossLoop enables you to see the screen and control the mouse and keyboard on a remote computer. It is as if you are working side by side at the same PC.

You can get up and running with CrossLoop in under 2 minutes. Simply download and install the application and it will automatically configure itself to your network environment.

Changelog:
  • Improved Screen Sharing: Screen sharing now supports scaling and multiple monitors. The default scaling is automatic, however full scaling or no scaling options are available at run time.
  • Access to CrossLoop Helpers: The CrossLoop client has a footer which provides access to the CrossLoop Helpers. The access is provided using a search widget where search terms can be entered into the client.
  • Two Minute Timeout Assistance: In the event of a two minute coundown timeout when a "Connect" is done from the Share tab, a dialog is displayed giving possible solutions:
    • Did you give your Access Code to your Helper?
    • Does your Helper have your correct Access Code?
    • Click here to Find a Helper
  • New User Startup: The CrossLoop client now displays a dialog at startup with the ability to Create Account. The user may also choose to either login or skip.
  • Handling /VERYSILENT Installs: In the event that the CrossLoop client is installed with the Inno Setup /VERYSILENT switch, the user will be prompted to accept the End User License Agreement.
  • Share Tab Default: The CrossLoop client now defaults to the Share Tab after the initial installation. This will make it easier for Helpers to instruct Customers when they launch CrossLoop to share their screen.
  • Helper Thumbnail Displayed on Share Dialog: The CrossLoop client will now display the Helper thumbnail when the client has connected with the Share tab.
  • Bug Fix: Logged in Helper Computer Resuming from Sleep Mode A bug has been fixed in the CrossLoop client which now correctly restores the Helpers presence when a computer is resumed after sleeping.
  • Bug Fix: Client Running but not in the Tray A bug has been fixed in the CrossLoop client where it was possible to have the CrossLoop client running, but not visible in the tray. This would occur if a Helper logged out of CrossLoop when in the run at startup mode.
